At this point in my life, I don’t know if I would still be alive if it wasn’t for Eli. I pray that every man in this forum gets to spend the quality time I spent today with my son. I took him fishing for the first time today. We caught 12 Crappie and 6 Bass. I am a big tournament bass fisherman. And I am a VERY impatient person/fisherman. I hooked a small bass today and to my own amazement, I gave him the pole. I wanted him to experience what I so cherish in my life. I sware that when I gave him the pole he said "FRISCH". I about cried. The fact that he said fish (Frisch) and was so excited when that bass started to fight and made a little leap of faith, he cried out Bass Frisch", I was so stoked I just sat back. He ran towards the woods, dragging the fish on to the bank, and looked at me. I picked it up and said "look Eli, a Bass", he replied, " Daddy ,(with an amazing look on his face)fish and reelâ€. The moral of the story is this; Get back to the simple things in life. I get caught up in this domaining and developing, but now will take every minute I can to take him fishing that I can. Spend a minute with a young child. Rescue them from todays' rat race. Take them back to the "Natural Life" Hope y'all enjoy this. Jameson
