Once your site grow, you could also have ALL you've mentioned
add them gradually like what myspace or others did

Thanks, i really think on going with Travel blog or personal blog. forum, shop or review site i'll probably go if anyone wants to join me since it's more complicated (needs custom script, etc, forum needs seo guy), social network i have a custom script but it used for another big idea

I voted for, because it sounds like a domain that portrays where everything is at for me. Therefore you could review products and maybe setup a few affiliate links there to give yourself some income

Shame you don't have the .com.

Big spot = somehwere big/somewhere that big things or news or dicsussions take place.

Not sure about a social network though, they seem quite saturated and will only end up full of webmasters keyword spam.
