I've just looked through your blogs in your signature and your blog about content and the only thing I want to tell you and I'm sure nobody will not argue with me is that you have too little content , you should update you blogs per day at least

 

I agree with above poster...you need more content.

You CAN get people to blog for you if you are busy....

Also...get off blog spot

Buy a domain and install Wordpress, Drupal, or Nucleus on it to run your blog.

You can still keep the blogspot one...in fact you can get little ad on programs to automatically ping your blog and post it to places like livejournal...not sure about blogger

for example

This is my eBook selling blog

It gets automatically pinged...and posts to this livejournal everytime I add an entry
http://mbcarterbooks.livejournal.com/

If you google mbcarterbooks blog...you get my eBay blogs...then my live journal...then my real blog

It seems like you you just started blogging . Keep adding more content to your blog.

One more thing about the google ads , try to match ads background color with your blog background color

 

Yeah, the set up you have it now makes it look tacky. Needs to look smooth and clean. Colors need to be blended together.

Same with your Google search bar, wrong color.

Maybe throw up an actual banner/logo instead of just the text?

....and like people said, depending on how serious you plan on getting - buy a domain of your own.
