Specifically, let us know if there are things you would like the Google AdSense Team to continue, stop, or start doing :----- i was very much satisfied so select first options in all except How timely was the response? select Somewhat timely as got there response after 2 to 3 days first was within 24 hours. Your thougts guys ?
Their support usually sucks for me, the response time is ridicioulous and sometimes it seems they read one or two words then give you a totally unrelated answer. It's like they have googlebot crawling your email and trying to match it to a knowledgebase where it gives you some crap reply..
Imusion its not like this for me ever, they response always is very related and polite but take longer then before thats understandably because of load on adsense most of sites using nowadays. Best of Luck Imusion and next time when you ask try to give them as much details as you can and you will get very related answer.
I once got a response within a couple hours (back in Nov) and then another time (in Dec) it took them a couple weeks.
I have always given clear and precise information that is needed in my first email. I repeat the question and my problems in a conclusion usually but have been greeted with the less than satisfactory responses I have gotten. They were curteous but if they aren't useful then I see them as not well useful?
Do you guys get the same person responding to you each time? I do, and it's kind of nice. As long as I manage to send to the right email, I've always gotten a very quick response.
I got good response from the UK team even though I'm in South Africa. Very helpful and they always came back within 24 hours, sometimes within hours. Makes more sense (excuse the pun) since they're more or less on the same time zones as us...
I never got replies to some of my emails and they did not answer my question... Just tried to go aroung it. On another email they were fast and accurate.
I have always had pretty good responce from them. Not usually canned reply's either. Occasionally I have had the stock standard email. But if the problem is specific, the answer is usually from a rep. Brad
