Ok first things first, never done one of these before and honestly I'm still not sure if I know what I am doing, but nonetheless here it is:

    Triathlon Training Plans

Would you kindly let me know what you think and where I might be blowing it?

    Thanks:cool:

    1. URL too long.
    2. Design not attractive enough.
    3. Doesn't look very credible. Maybe adding a company name/brand name will help.

Thanks, URL is an easy fix...the design I am having problems with...I found that template but am starting to think a WP theme would be better. That is, if I can find one.

Yeah it does look a little bland.

Maybe add more text, make it more convinicing. Start by stating the problem that your product solves, try to reach to the user on an emotional level. Provide the solution, put some bulletins in so that the user knows exactly what he's getting.Clearly list the benefits of your ebook.

Make it look more credible, branding would help, choose a proper name for your product.

Include a nice banner at the top

The design needs improving. The header is not very appealing and the footer is broken in chrome. And as already mentioned, way too many order buttons.

For the Order buttons, replace them with a single order button & a drop-down list if you wish

Awesome feedback so far, thank you very much!

A question about branding, since it isn't my product...how do you recommend branding it? Should I use the same name/logos?

I will work on the images/copy tonight and see where I can improve it. I'll also check out the chrome issue.

I can probably code a drop down list (I think I can lol)

Damn, you are right...I was working on a clickbank product at the same time and just associated the two with each other.

You'll have to forgive me, I've got so many projects going on that I'm losing my grip on reality.

Doesn't look half bad for your first attempt. Definitely add a bit more text...and maybe a little larger as well.

This is the super hint for a saleletter. Ripped! I give +rep for your post.

Writing a saleletter is really very difficult work and in every line you've to make user to encourage towards to your product. Try to catch users mind on your product and in every line, give a new information to the users of if they buy your product how much they'll benefits from it. Don't give any chances to users to feel that they would be lost their money if they purchase the product.

Putting a big buy button is not enough to get sale products. Try to put big and brief description of your product and if you could you may also give them 7 days money back guarantee. This will help them to think that if they don't get good information from your product, then they will get return their money and how much you'll deduct from that amount through your product TOC, it's all depended on you ;).

    > doesn't look niche related
    > it's too short
    > it's a "dead" design - no contrast, no color

    Work it! :)

It would be great if somebody could give mine the once over, as I've never asked anyone to review it before. I've found that only very interested visitors will click through to visit the target site.

    thanks for anyones input.

Considering this is your very first landing page, you did not do too bad. I am assuming you have not much html experience either. I must tell you, some of my first ones were not too much better than yours and many of those who posts here might have had similar experiences as well.

One thing I noticed other than what was already critiqued is your font. You got to change the font face. Try and be more consistent and I would recommend verdana size 10.

Consider removing all the "order now buttons", instead use nice customized links for your products or services..

Change the header alignment and size.. and brand it somehow.. people are willing to see trustful sites..

    Cheers
