My best friend Justin is going through a tough time now. His father has been diagnosed with final stages of cancer, which means he has not long to...be around. With his permission, I want to share a conversation he had with his mother online. He has a younger sister Jo. Please spare a prayer for Justin and his family. also, i wish to show his dad and his family all the prayers and words of encouragement before............so if you wish to say something to them, please do so.
May God bless them and give him a long life. I will remember them in my prayers. Edit: Ask him not to lose hope. Doctors are not GOD and it doesnt matter what doctor says if God wants something else
Thats really sad to know I'll pray that he is able to hold himself together following the eventual... demise IT
Actually I'm on the same position before. And it's really tough to accept the fact. To Justin, be brave and always pray that god wouldn't let this happen. Sadly my mom died 4 years ago and I still miss her.
bondat: i'm sorry to hear that. i don't claim to understand, but it musthave been very hard for you too.
I don't do praying but can suggest that cancer can be cured in more than one way, even in advanced stages. If they are open to such means they will find a way.
I strongly believe in the power of prayer so I will surely include him on my personal and family prayers. For Justin: I cannot imagine what you are going through right now, I lost my mom when I was only a year old and my father was never in the picture, I was raised by extended family, sometimes I dream of the day I would meet her, talk with her and bond together as mom and daughter. Enjoy and treasure the wonderful times you have spent with your Dad, don't waste time feeling guilty, just spend as much time as you can with him, once he is on the other side he will be great, with no pain or suffering and most of everything, he will be watching over you...and rest assured, he will want to see you happy and becoming a great man. God bless you.
