Please point me in the right direction...

    Hey guys,

    I'm looking to add a couple new features to my site.

    1) User Accounts
    2) The ability for users to create photo albums which can then be viewed by other.

    Now, I can handle #1 easily enough myself, but #2 scares me. Is there a CMS or other service out there I could purchase to do this stuff for me? Any guidance would be great!

    You can use Joomla -- they have tons of customizations and features available, great CMS
