i bought a Theme for a site that goes on wordpress http://www.bangthemes.com/wordpress-themes/escort-wordpress-theme/ when i try and change PSD files are included with single (header psd) and multiple (full psd) use licenses to it says my name on the website and my phone number i cant do it!! i can change it but when i upload it to wordpress it just shows the defolt one! if i give someone the name i want and the phone number adding will someone please do it for me, i will even pay someone now i will give someone all the log in info so they can do it please email me if you think you can do it thanks
Try visiting the URL through pagewash.com Sometimes when I try to update the files the old page seems to get stuck. If the file isn't updating try uploading through your cpanel or by ftp. As long as it's the same size and filename it should work. It's usually in your wp-content/themes/your-theme/images folder. I forgot to add you can just right click on the header image and get the info on where to upload the file and the name of the file
after you change the psd, you should save it to its image extension, whether it's .jpg, gif etc. Infact you don't have to upload the psd files.
You should check that image extension, is it jpg or gif, etc... Then save as your psd to that file extension, with the same name as the header of course
Has anyone got Mikogo and skype they can help with this please have the file and it all set up and should only take 1 min or so to help me upload it
