Myadsense publisher account was disabledand now I want to remove the
ad serving javascript, images, etc from my feed since it shows big
empty spaces where ads used to show. The problem is since I can't get
into myadsenseaccount(they lock you out) then how am I supposed
remove theadsensecrap if feedburner simply sends you toadsense?

you remove the adsense code from your site where you placed the code to display the ads

Yep if you remember where you put the codes then just edit and remove them.

That doesn't work with Adsense for Feeds, because Google is placing those ads through Feedburner.

Short of burning a new feed (which obviously isn't optimal) I don't know what the solution would be, since you can't access your account. It may be that Google will stop trying to place ads there after some time has passed.
