I just got done working on my website and changing what I didn't like about it. Now I have a rebuilt version. 1. How well does it look (appearance wise)? 2. What doesn't work well on it (function wise)? All feedback is welcome, but I prefer if you guys only find the things you don't like about it (I know there's got to be a ton of things wrong with it). Your blog has good content. But the design is not that attractive. Dark background, no header please improve to be attractive
You think I should replace the header with nothing? I don't see my ads on my website when I visit it, so at times I don't know how ugly it is. I can think about it though. Just wondering where I should put my ads because I don't want them in the side bar and I don't like the thought of two ads in a post, but I'm not sure of this. Ads just seem to ugly up the page no matter where you put them. I'm trying to figure out a php login system also. If I figure it out I would put a google search box in the header as well as a sign up/login button instead of the advertisement. Dark background is better than just empty white in my opinion. Once I get a truly customized blog I will just fill in every area instead. This is one of those things that are out of my control at this time. What browser did you use? Thanks for the feedback. I don't like the template.It looks very old without any attractive design and color schemes.Need an attractive one to impress visitors more.
You have an ok start. Although the background is to bright i thing, and I think you should make the Archives Hierarchy seetting so people can go right to the post they want instead of having to click on a month then go down a list only for that month
Sorry to say but I hate everything about it. Don't hate me for it but that's the way I feel. On the other hand such a design will get you more bucks with advertisments. I can tell this from my own experience. I also have a couple of sites with bad designs and they make a killing with ads.
Alright thanks guys. I'm going to look into a new template to use. Does a calender serve a purpose in blogs? It seems useless to me.
