    Hi,

I would appreciate it if you seasoned pros could offer an estimate of value for the domain names I just bought (either selling to an end-buyer or another domainer undeveloped or building out the websites). They are not developed yet. I am thinking developing and/or monetizing them would maximize their value--but please feel free to let me know what you would/would not do with them if you owned them. Thanks in advance!!

Just an opinion of value in terms of what you think I could reasonably ask an end-buyer to pay for the undeveloped site (or whether you think I should hold it instead of flip it and get it developed before flipping). Thanks!

Honestly I don't see any of those domain names being worth more than the reg fee.

If I was going to develop one, it would be BerkeleyVegetarianRestaurants.com. That could be built into directory of restaurants and reviews, possibly attracting advertisers if/when you have substantial local traffic.
