Please my shopping bargains website

    Hi,

    I started this Online Bargains website not too long ago.
    I did all the coding on my own and wanted to know what you guys thought of it. It's a real simple design but it took me a while to design the whole thing with PHP.
    Is there anything that you don't like about the design? What would you add or remove to make the site better?

    Nice site, though I'm not a fan of using google custom search. I just searched for "footlocker" (the first result on your homepage) and it doesn't (yet) return any results.

    True. It takes time for Google to index all pages. I might create a search script later.
    Anything else I can do to improve the site?

    I like the functionality but the site is simple and clean.Need to add more design and make it attractive.

    What about end user response? You could add a submit a bargain link. A site like yours could benefit from a forum.

    Just thinking out loud.

    I made some changes to the layout of the site. I have centered the body of the site and added a different background color.
    What do you guys think about it now?

    I agree, it's a nice site but it's not really memorable, I would work towards giving it more impact and make it stand out from crowd.

    Look and feel is not really professional, but the content is good, navigation is simple which has to be. So I can say its a good start.
