Please look at my sites and let me know why you think sales have slowed down.

I really love this forum. The people on here are amazing and the feedback I received in the past has been very helpful.

In the last 2 weeks, both of my sites have yielded NO SALES! Prior to that, we had our 2 strongest weeks. I did slightly modify the shipping and we did add new products. If anything, I thought sales would be higher.

Can you please give me some feedback. Should I change something? What is wrong? Or is this just normal for certain times of the year? I appreciate any feedback you can give.

Your website design is good...but needs some changes...
You should use small slideshow and put some content
    on your site

What additional content do you think we should offer? The products are laid out in a very logical, easy-to-find manner, I think... The main page just showcases the sales and other promo's.

I think the design needs to be improved. If you have the money higher someone to do it for you.

    1. The design is old and plain
    2. Design header and footer are different sizes then the main body images
    3. Pictures are stretched resize them proportional
    4. You need a logo

And this is just the start.

How are you marketing the website? Who is your target audience? Where do you plan to get your customers from?

There are a lot of things that need to be considered in creating a good website.

    1. Content (Products, Blogs, Unique Content, Cheap Pricing)
    2. Design (Website has to look from this century)
    3. Marketing (SEO, Ads, etc)
    4. Lots of Work and time (Rome was NOT built in a day)

Agree. Site design is very simple, even dont have any logo. So you need to update your site design first.

What would you suggest for the site design? We really went more with a style similar to danier.com. We avoided using Flash though, as I feel it slows down the site too much, depending on how its used. Prior to the current design, we had one that was more like overstock.com. We've gotten good feedback from it before. Is it hard to navigate? Does it look unprofessional?

There is a reason why O.com Target Amazon etc have somewhat the same similar layout because it works. Danier is a high end clothing outlet you are in a different market they have built their clients and get massive amounts of traffic they dont base their sales on their websites at start it was all in stores plus the way the current website is not hard to navigate it just looks old and outdated.
