Site looks great overall. Here is my critique: Logo - header text - is a bit boring. Maybe try a different font, and not too keen on the wood behind it. Maybe ad a gaming related pic to it? Sites seems to use a lot of tables so i'm not too sure how difficult it would be but. paddings seem to be a bit of. i.e. on the left and right side of the container you could reduce the white border. The white space on left and right of the games is uneven on either side. Footer does not stretch the whole width. Also consider styling the search/login/view buttons. Banner on left not aligned in center, making the ad box look uneven.
Instead of having that games-asia affiliate ad right in the middle of page, try signing up to arcade traffic exchangers. You can place at least four 100x100 buttons there in that row, which will generate a massive amount of traffic. Here are some arcade banner exchanges places (no aff links): http://www.arcadebanners.com http://www.playertraffic.com http://www.platinumadvertisement.com http://www.gamertraffic.com (Those really do generate massive amounts of traffic!) Place ads in other places, or make an inbetween page (like I have at http://www.raidthearcade.com ) when guests play the games they will be brought to an inbetween page for about 6 seconds where there is a large Adsense ad. That's a money-generator right there . I am not sure if AvArcade offers an inbetween page, but if not, you should use phpArcadeScript. Good luck!
