Please look and tell me if is ok with adsense TOS.

hi all, i read adsense tos and program policies more than one time ... to understand exactly...

i put adsense ad, on my result page on my search engine ( www.gyboo.com )

i found: "AdSense for search results pages may show only a single ad link unit in addition to the ads Google serves with the search results. No other ads may be displayed on your search results page."

- but my search engine is not adsense for search... that means my site can be ok.... no?
in other location, adsense don't tell about ads on resulkt page...

please look, and tell me your opinion.

Your site isn't working, but you should really ask adsense directly. It doesn't matter if someone on DP tells you its ok, and adsense decides to ban you.

What I will say is that you have to make sure your ads are not formated as to be a part of the search results - and this can be subjective, so it's best to ask adsense. I ask them if I have any doubt, and then I have a written OK if the issue is ever raised.
