    Tad uninspired but I have certainly seen worse. One of the bigger issues is being tied to a third party serving various scripts etc. Or just being tethered to them at all really.

    I probably would have run with wordpress and a MLS or IDX aware theme framework(you just plop in your ID#.) Then, even a secretary can do stuff. Biggest issue is probably that the MLS feed takes too long to load and is not mobile so sooner than later you are going to be losing a ton of useful traffic.
