hi, you need a lot work out dude 1. change the post permalink structure (u currently use default: http://londonfields.co.uk/?p=3, its better for in-page seo to use /%category%/%postname%.html format) 2. add more content, categories. 3. if you have time, you can download other templates, because you're using very common templates Thats from me, its just my suggestion.
The template is very simple and its a common one.Try to get an unique and goodlooking template and add more contents.
