    No its a ping and the person has used his domain as the refer - that way you see it and click it!

    Its a kinda old and shit way of promoting these days

    It is called "referrer log spam". It is as Wannabie says. It is not a hack. You have nothing to worry about. You can ban the IP from accessing your site if you wish.
