And the summer vacation job is a effective way to achieve these purposes. Therefore I strongly approve it's important for students to have jobs during summer vacation. Above all, working experience is crucial for any positions. Students can work more efficiency and excellent in their future positions if they knew the running mode of work. And they must get such stuff from working experience. It can better the production and the individual development of students. Therefore it is win-win for both society and students. Also, school is just a indirect way for students to be adapted students to society. And vacation jobs can adapt students to society directly. Base on the different the different request from school and occupation, student can never recognise the real situation and desire of society, so that they can analyse what they should do for their occupational development(For instance, study hard in language subjects). Even though I encourage students have job unless they're having summer vacation. It's because summer vacation is a pretty long holidays for students. But the other time of students should be dedicated to study. During the summer vacation, students can spend their time much more flexibly. It is more meaningful to cram their free time with the jobs.
