Clear your browser cache and cookies and restart the browser. then try again. Your problem should resolve now.
That may be your Internet browser's problem. Just clear your cookies and Temporary Internet Files, then upload the template, Preview it, and it should work fine. I had also faced the same problem and tried this trick and it worked.
