Please check WelcomeToInternet.org at Alexa- I have the same name, but .com and not developed. What are the possibilities if develope it. Thanks in advance
If you are talking about if the org extension is any better than the com in Alexa's eyes, there is no difference. Alexa recognizes all domain extensions as the same. As do search engines.
Develop it because .com is much more expensive than .org and the default search domain name extension of most browsers.
I checked WelcomeToInternet.org but it only show a message that almost useless. I think if you want to develop alexa, you must develop the traffic also.

Well it should be easy to tell if your domain gets any traffic - just park it at a place like Sedo.com or use your own hosting account and stats.
This sounds like a funny domain name. I kind of picture the best way to get the website going is to post funny stuff that you would only see on the internet. Maybe outrageous scientific theories, things about politicians, etc.

If it's parked then you should be able to see the traffic stats...then you don't need to wonder about it.
Look basically, there is no difference if the domain has a .org or a .com extension, its all the same under Alexa ranking eyes. Only thing is you can download the alexa toolbar and you and your friends, just visit your site once everyday and you will see the result by yourself.
