    If you go on fiverr - and buy a gig that will let you know how to do everything - with videos etc...there are alot of videos on YouTube you can get for free also - just watch them and follow what they do - just search for "How to make a Facebook Fan Page 2012" and there are all sorts of free videos/info to learn/watch.
