    I desperately want to add 350x350 ads unit in my blog, that is between the first and second post but i dont know the code to use for it.

    I'm not up on how blogger themes work but I'm sure someone here can help you. Are you using a standard theme?

    depends how you setup to display your blog.

    if you display your posts with loop, you can use a counter to control where do you want to show the AD.
