Please Help !

Hi Guys,

I have a huge problem...
My Google adWord Campaign isn't working
That means there is no impression or click for almost a week!
The weird thing is that my account is active and I didn't get any warning mail from google that said something about closing my account.
Another thing is that my ads are in state active...
And there is no problem with my payment method

So what is the problem...?

I need your help guys???

Have you entered a real credit card number to confirm your account?

 

I agree with him above. Google is a very good, reputable company that I could trust comfortably with my credit card. I do believe using things like money giftcards (such as the Visa ones) can get your account closed.

On the other hand, if you did use a real credit card, verify it in your settings and if it still isn't working, contact Google. They are very kind and forgiving there, so if you just share your problem and other things chances are, they know a easy fix.

 

What the problem to ask google directly?

 

I would aks them directly. It often takes a bit of time to hear back and you usually get a pasted FAQ document the first time, but they do want to help and will get there. Good luck.

Fine this is not the problem....
As I understand from a friend that the problem might be a Google Reviewing
My account... and this could also be the reason why my account have freeze
I can't reach them ( google ) in the mail I am trying almost 5 days and there is no feedback.

Maybe the online chat can help hear, if someone could send me the

Go to new campaign page and you will find a link to chat on the right side

 

I think your bid is too low to trigger ad, so increase your bid for one day and watch result. many time people bid so low that ad does't show.

 

Make just have to wait... I know thats not a popular answer. But it may be too low a keyword as well.
