your problem may have been a temporary problem after YOU made some changes to your NS servers or config.

at THIS moment from my part of the world ( PH ) your domain resolves correctly and your site is reachable.

a "traceroute resellergo.com" also seems to work correctly from here.

if ever you do/did some changes in NS or moved server ( IP ) then it may take up to several days ( weeks in extreme cases ) until ALL global nameservers are updated.

the problem may be a local NS used in your area with delayed updates or an ISP NS that failed to update or was down for a while.

    changing server always is delicate
while most DNS have a TTL of 24 hrs - that default is in no way applied across the planet.
nearly 2 years ago I move server - and of course had a redirect from OLD to NEW IP placed on old server
after 1 week still some 10% of the traffic arrived on OLD server. the amazing part of that experience was that one of a HIGH techs country leading company/ISP/email portal was among those still having a totally outdated NS one week after server move !!
