Hiya guys, I am trying to figure out how to create a good sort of news letter to send out to members of the football club I run. Can anyone give me some information on what software is best and how easy is it to do. Thanks in advance Bobby
What exactly do you want Send out a printed newsletter by post For this I use Microsoft Publisher 2007. Its pretty easy and I already owned it. Send an electronic news letter I do this in two ways, for one list I used the save as PDF function of Publisher and send them the same as the printed newsletter just as an email attachment. For another I send HTML emails. A way to manage a email mailing list A way to manage a postal mailing list For this and the email list I just use a small Access database, although as the list grows larger it does become harder and harder to manage. For either the printed or e-newsletter I found the hardest part was getting a template together, once I had a template I liked and was comfortable with putting the whole thing together isnt that difficult, although sometimes trying to get content out of people is bloody difficult.
