Please help.

    Hello,

    I just today logged in my PayPal account and saw that PayPal is asking for my Credit Card number.

    My account is randomly picked.. :S

    I haven't got a credit card, I had just added a VCC and verified it.

    Please help me.. :(

    Add another VCC with "expanded use number"

    Yes, I tried it. My original vcc expired so I ordered another one. But when I tried to add the second vcc to my paypal, it became limited, and still is.
