    Well must say this is a cool little tool, but I need some help, have looked around the forum for an answer but no luck.

    It's been a week since I tried this tool and its been good, just once question though, for one of my keywords it has dropped 31 places, and my boss is asking my why, I dont know why it could drop 31 places, but any info on this would be appreciated so much, cheers

    THE SERP's change all the time, and for a variety of reasons, so there is really no way to answer your question.

    Keep reading on this forum though, and you should find many ways to reverse that trend!

    The keyword tracker only reports on what Google gives, the *why* something is somewhere, I really have no idea...
