    i am from india . and my payapl account is in auto withdrowl mode by paypal .. i want to buy something from ebay . can anybody please tell me how to use cash in bank account to pay through paypal to ebay seller ??..

    From indian paypal account one can send money to other paypal account (non-indian) only using cc. You can't use your paypal balance for that.

    i do not have own credit card , can i use other person's credit card to buy from ebay ? i am buying from a uk seller

    If you have the other person's permission to use their credit card it's not a problem.
