First thing to do would be to checkthe files indicated at the line numbers indicated to see what is being passed to those functions. It is most likely a variable that doesn't contain what the script expects. Find out where the variable is being assigned and correct the issue. Gut feeling is that the database is returning an error instead of a result set.
