I will sign up for adsense in few days. I want privacy policy page. The above website is offering free privacy sample to use for adsense.

In the end of this privacy policy statement she provided her website link mentioned below

AdSense Privacy Policy Provided by <a href=”http://www.JenSense.com”>JenSense</a>

My question is that when I add this privacy on my site do I provide this link "AdSense Privacy Policy Provided by <a href=”http://www.JenSense.com”>JenSense" for google to see that the contents are not stolen, and are copied from the website which provide it free to use.
