I have one user friendly content rich website (http://www.re-mortgage.eu.com/), but the problem is that the site is not getting results in any of the search engines. Can anybody suggest me the reason and solution?

Your site is indexed by Google and yahoo so I'm not sure what you mean that it is not getting any result in search engines?
If you think you would come in top 10 results or first page - you need to increase your site visiblity, get back links and advertise it better.

    Thx

quality back links from relevant sites

using signatures from relevant forums is a start, but start writing articles and submitting them, also write blog and keep them up to date. Point all of these signatures to your site using the key phrases you wish to be searched for.
Submit to as many niche directories as possible
never stop your link building campaign
You can also ask related sites to link to your useful resource (but hardly anyone really pays attention to these sorts of emails)

Keep adding to the content of your site!

    build in bound links,
    build in bound links,
    build in bound links!
