Please Help - Wp Theme

    Hi,

    I have the sport theme
    http://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/full_screen_preview/5489609

    And i need:

    1) Delete/Change some texts in the theme:
    “POPULAR NEWS” “SPORT NEWS” “WORD CUP 2016” “WRC Rally Cup” “CYCLING TOUR” “TENNIS”

    2) Remove/change the text: Stay connected and insert the Facebook "Like box"
