Please help with this

    Ive just coppied this star rating system off the bottom of this page http://webdeveloper.com/forum/showthread.php?t=139403 and pasted it into my sites page and it works.
    It doesnt save the star ratings, what does he mean a file called vote.php for the mysql stuff? i made the file but what do i put in it?
