    I don't get it too, its just a normal wordpress template, if you looked hard enough, i'm sure you'll find somehting similar

    You can use any similar themes to do this....may be this site is using feed plguins to display post there. Also they are using just three posts per page and a pagination plugin (may be). That's all. If you need similar site I think I can help you. Thanks
