Please Help With Phpld Something Happened

Hi, ive installed the phpld 2.0 and im having 2 problems. The first one: Ive chosen the Free with reciprocal link and feature links for only 1 dollar and i had 6 links on the first day. One feature and 5 free but with no reciprocal. How did they add their link if i have the check reciprocal option?

Second, ive changed the template many times without a problem because its a simple thing to do. I finally found today the template i want and now i have some trouble. Links can be added but the categories cannot be browsed! Whats happening?

Any body can submit a site, check the paid or recip.

Happens all the time, just people who think they can get a freebie if the webmaster is not paying attention.

Second part...are you using a template for ver 2?
Some templates not for ver 2 will not work too good.

you get an error page but when you type like this:
http://www.blogz.bz/index.php?c=1
It actually works!

Whats going on? I reinstalled everything (you will see the custom template) and the error continues.

Please, i really need help.
