Or someone with any 2 of these accounts. I have $8usd in my PayPal account, and $34usd in my Payza account but I can't cash out any of these because I don't have a bank account. However I would like to transfer this money into my Neteller account so I can request the card it offers. I will send you the $8 from my paypal to your paypal, then you can transfer those into my Neteller. Next I will send you the $34 from my Payza to your Payza, then you can trnasfer those to my Neteller.
