Please help with appraisal

    I have a year old health niche blog with a PR1 and Alexa of 1.2 million. USA Alexa is 139,000.

    Any ideas on worth?

    It's worth approximately 6X to 12X it's monthly net. If it's not making any money, it's worth is very minimal.
