Please help with adsense ad placement

    I set-up the ads accoring to everything I read, which of course means I have too many ads! Please review and advise which to move or remove. Thanks!

    looks good, if I were you I would remove the links block, just below: Table of Contents

    I may be wrong but i think you can only have 3 blocks on any page. You have 4 now.

    You can have up to 3 ad units on a page. Also up to 3 link units.
    If you're looking to remove one, possibly the link unit just below Table of Contents. Placing the link unit just under 'Table of Contents' may be borderline deceptive according to Google TOS.

    You might want to left align the ad unit below the "our mission" section so it lines up with the content.
