Please help with ad placement

    I've tried a number of places and ad sizes, and colors, and just can't seem to get it right. My CTR is around 1% on good days. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Add a banner under your header and banners between your posts
    I would also turn all links to black

    Just to clarify, all links (in posts and sidebar) and ad titles and urls?

    I've had 468X60 banners between posts and under the header, and no one's clicked on them. I also tried large rectangles under posts with no success, as well as horizontal link units between posts.
