    You can also use SEMRush tool to find keyword search volume and other impressive insights for particular keyword.

    Did your problem solve @vahing ?
    With the free tool, you can try KWfinder, Affiloramatool, Traffic travis.

    Beside, if you still wanna use Google keyword Planner, you can try these step:
    1. Register a new Google Adword Account.
    2. Add your current account as a client of your new account.
    3. Sign in with the new account, choose the old one and finding your keyword volumes.
    P/s: it work for at least till this time.
