Linda, Have you tried using the Backlink Analyzer from seobook.com? Just a suggestion, but it may be that your IBL anchor text is too focussed on a few core terms? Maybe it would be better to not link to your sites from forum signatures? (Although you link to both your forums and blog in your signature, and neither are affected.) I ran a check to get some linkage data across your domain and found the following: 769 Unique Commerical Domains (*.com, *.net, etc) with 470 Unique C Block Addresses Bill could be onto something. Just my 2 cents.
Thanks Andy, more good suggestions. Never thought of that. I post in TONS of forums and always use the same sig. Didn't even know that could be an issue. I use my sig for eople: not spiders or PR, but I guess Google would not know that. Let me keep digging and see what I can figure out. BTW it looks like my Catalystemarketing site could have been knocked down too, so the C class thing could be a factor. But I also cross link all my sites to my forum and blog. I'm going to delete all the cross links or use rel nofollow to be on the safe side. Can't afford to have Google drop those subdomains. Thank God a huge percentage of my traffic is direct and bookmarks. My traffic has really not gone down much cuz I had recently boost my paid advertising. But I still want my rankings back. Thanks all for help and keep shooting any other ideas my way.
