I remember about 6 months ago reading a piece of research done on how quickly users expect a reply from mail/telephone/web forms etc. Basically it was demonstrating with instant access on websites, users are expecting to be contacted back quicker and quicker. Does anyone know where I can find some research on this area? I'm all googled out!
I haven't read it, but I certainly believe it to be true. I check my email almost religiously to ensure my clients are satisfied with my support. Unfortunately I am unable to use email on my phone and currently don't have a blackberry, but I would imagine that helps with a lot of it.
Don't think you mean these ones, but I just post them anyway: http://www.internetretailer.com/int...t-great-at-web-based-response-study-says.html http://www.expoweb.com/2005May/may20054262005124902PM.htm
