Please Help... Want to add "Bookmark this page" to my site, how...

I want to add "bookmark this page" and "email this page to a friend" codes to my site. I have articles but I don't use but it is not an article directory site.

Do I get these codes from my hosting company (they don't have good one) they have a "tell a friend" that I have to manually enter on all pages and it is not a cut and past situation, I have to create a file for each page. That's ridiculous.

Anyway, is there a service that provides this option or software I need to get?

You may have to do some reading and adjusting to the script to get it working properly on your website...
