It's "programming" but what level of education is this for?

Seems like a pretty open question and I am limited to 3 choices? Wouldn't it be better to ask everyone what their favorite is and take a poll? And when you say development programs what do you even mean, development of what? Is it specific to web development?

And I know programmers who are over 70 although its more of a hobby thing ;)

it specific to web development and it's our teacher who has chosen the three development tools. we can not use other than the 3 programs.

People on the forum may be reluctant to go to your link. You could use the forums poll function to ask what users use for web development. Personally I don't use either of the programs for web development, however I did use dreamweaver a long time ago when I was getting started with web development. Sublime is pretty nice though but only for smaller projects.

I took your survey but I wanted to add it here, too.

Dreamweaver and Notepad. Seriously. That's it.

I took it but it's a pointless survey. Visual Studio and Dreamweaver and a general Programmers text based editor do not relate.

They're all ways to produce code. Some better than others. So yes, they do relate. The choices are narrow and more or less hopeless, though (only decent choice is Sublime Text)
