Please note that same time last year our company was in Top 10 for the same keywords in google. Now we don't know what we are doing wrong. It might be because you're abusing the alt attribute - ease off the keyword spam in all of your images. Your homepage title is too long (even for Yahoo and the like) and I'd bet it's that way throughout your site WOW - are those all link exchanges! You might want to trim that down a few thousand. JMO
My dear Friend I have optimize you site and found that you are not doing seo for your site. About off page optimization you have around 700 backlinks only, even you are not doing social bookmarking, directory submission, dmoz listing, etc. You have to target those keywords and build backlinks because if you are talking about a year ago obivously the competition may not be more but now the competion may have increased so better start building link and do some onpage and offpage seo for site constantly. It looks like your competitors are now more active in applying SEO to their sites. Also, Google, Yahoo and other search engines have changed their requirements a lot compared to last year situation. I can understand your frustration of finding your rankings drop down from top 10 to 311 3 5. With all suggested, I would also encourage you to start a blog then alert other bloggers asking them to link to you.
