HELP! Can anyone tell me how to upgrade a client's (master reseller) reseller account he created to a master reseller in order to activate whmreseller on it? Eg: My master reseller 'A' created a reseller client 'B'. B appears in A's WHMReseller panel as a subreseller I want to upgrade B to a master reseller in its own right to use WHMReseller. I cannot see B in my root list only in the reseller center account page and through A's account of which doesnt have root access and can therefore not upgrade B! Please help someone! How do I do this manually using Root so B has WHMReseller Matt
I answered this question myself after hunting around! On WHMReseller there is a box at the bottom to insert/move resellers. All of them are listed here and you can make them standard or assign them to the Master Reseller that created them. After this they have Master Reseller Rights! Just incase anyone else had the same problems! Matt
