    It looks like they had it built professional from scratch. It has a lot of dhtml css and javascript. The function names in the scripts contain goldman sacs so it looks custom made not a pre made CMS. I didn't see flash. Good looking site.

    As this guy said, that website has not been built with a pre-made CMS. This one has been built from scratch by a team of professionals. They must have paid a lot of money to get a website like that... but that's the way it is - you get what you pay for.
