Please Help This Newbie SEO - "firelady"

Please help me where i can find some sites of free directory submissions and press releases. I am new to SEO and a friend told me to go looking for informations from this forum.

Thanks in advance to those who will give me any sort of information about this.

 

Try typing the search phrase free directories or free press release in both Google Yahoo and MSN search.

And don't forget to keep a lsit of the sites that you found in them in an excel form for your future references.

 

Use the forum jump, and go down to the relevant forums. Read the threads, use
