i am village girl from india .and there is no legal consultant in my village ..
i have few questions about legals of foreign exchange in india .
here are my questions .
1. is it legal to take cheques on personal name ( my earning is about $200 a month).
2.if getting IEC enough for affiliate marketing money or do i have to register with promotion council too .
how much does all this stuff cost ?

do i need to attach or send proof of payments with iec/promotion council return ? what about wire transfer ?
what could be proof if i have to attach ?
also some peoples told me govt. make life difficult of exporters .. they harras them and threat them, like they can come to your house after 5 yrs and ask you to prove each and every cent u earned is legal ( wich you cant cause you work for affiliate companies and some companies will be out of business after that time)
